摘 要:烟气余热蒸发能有效实现电厂脱硫废水的浓缩减量,合理的喷嘴雾化参数有利于提高浓缩塔内废水与烟气之间的流动传热并指导其结构设计。该文采用数值模拟方法研究喷嘴全锥角、液滴初始粒径和初始速度对塔内蒸发流动的影响,并对相关因素进行显著性分析。蒸发效率在全锥角50°左右达到峰值36.9%。综合考虑碰壁量和逃逸量,液滴最佳粒径为1500μm,且废水蒸发在液滴速度15~25m/s时更易进行。此外,响应曲面分析表明,液滴初始直径、液滴初速度对停留时间影响较大,而液滴蒸发效率主要受其粒径变化的影响。因此,在设计喷淋浓缩塔的结构时应综合考虑液滴粒径和液滴初始速度。The flue gas waste heat evaporation technology can effectively achieve the concentration reduction of power plant desulfurization wastewater. Reasonable nozzle atomization parameters are beneficial to improve the flow and heat transfer between wastewater and flue gas in the concentration tower and guide the structural design of the tower. In this paper, the effects of the nozzle full cone angle,the initial particle size, and the velocity of the droplets on the evaporation flow in the tower were investigated by numerical simulation. Moreover, Significance analysis of related factors was also taken into consideration. The evaporation efficiency reached the peak value of 36.9% with the full cone angle of approximately 50°. Considering the amount of collision and escape, the optimal diameter of the droplet is 1500 μm.Wastewater evaporation is easier to conduct with the droplet velocity of 15~25m/s. Additionally, the response surface reflects that the initial diameter and velocity of the droplet have a greater impact on the residence time, and the droplet evaporation efficiency is mainly affected by its particle size.Therefore, the droplet size and initial velocity should be comprehensively considered in the structural design of the spray concentration tower.
