摘  要:经典除尘效率公式在低低温电除尘器上适应性不佳,因而需要进行修正。修正公式采用加权修正形式,先通过同一台机组在不同工况下的数据估算低温省煤器投运后驱进速度的提升,再将其代入修正公式分析多组试验数据,以最小二乘法寻找使估计偏差最小的修正系数。最终得到低低温电除尘器除尘效率的修正公式。经大量试验验证,修正公式应用效果良好,可用于指导低低温电除尘器选型设计及运行优化。The classical dust removal efficiency equation is not well applied to low-low temperature ESPs and thus requires a correction.The correction formula was in the form of a weighted formula,which first estimated the increase in drive-in speed after the low-temperature economizer was put into operation by experimental data of the same unit under different operating conditions,and then brought it into the correction formula to analyze multiple sets of experimental data to find the correction factor that could minimized the estimated deviation by the least squares method.Finally,the correction formula for the dust removal efficiency of low-temperature electric precipitator was obtained.The correction formula was experimentally verified to have received good results.
