摘 要:在10kV复合绝缘子非耐酸芯棒表面粘贴了温度补偿光栅和多个应力光栅监测脆断过程,在不同硝酸浓度下进行应力腐蚀试验。结果表明,脆断过程中应力光栅波长变化趋势有单调增长、单调减小和复合型3类,并研究3类光栅波长偏移趋势识别芯棒轴截面裂纹的力学模型。该文研究发现应力光栅的轴向检测距离为12mm,周向检测距离为其左、右2mm。温差1℃、2条及以上光纤上应力光栅波长偏移量达到1.1λ_(max)和0.9λ_(min)可分别作为复合绝缘子脆断的腐蚀放热阶段、裂纹起裂阶段和裂纹严重阶段的预警阈值。该文所做研究为评估复合绝缘子脆断提供了光纤光栅监测和预警方法。Fiber Bragg grating(FBG) temperature compensation sensors and several FBGs were pasted on the glass-fiber-reinforced-polymer(GFRP) rod 10 kV composite insulator to monitor the brittle fracture process, and stress corrosion testing was carried out under different nitric acid concentrations. The results show three kinds of FBG wavelength shift trends in the brittle fracture process:monotonically increasing mode, monotonically decreasing mode, and compound mode. Then, a mechanical model for FBG wavelength shift identification of cracks in axial cross-sections was studied. It is found that the axial detection distance of the FBG is 12mm, and the circumferential detection distance is 2mm to the left and right. When the temperature difference reaches 1℃, and the wavelength shift of FBG on two or more fibers gets 1.1λ_(max)and 0.9λ_(min), it can be used as the warning threshold of corrosive heat release, crack initiation, and rapid development of cracks to fracture, respectively. This paper provides an FBG monitoring and warning method for evaluating the brittle fracture of composite insulators.
