摘　　要：文章通过对河北省学校体育冰雪运动开展情况进行调查研究结果表明,在开展冰雪运动活动过程中存在着诸多的安全隐患,对该项运动的开展带来了严重影响,必须从冰雪运动知识普及、体制机制创新、人员素质提高及学生自我安全意识培养等方面着手,才能有效促进学校冰雪运动科学、有效开展。Based on survey of winter sports development on campus in Hebei province,results show that in the process of winter sports activities there are many potential security hazards,bringing a big influence on its development.Effective mea⁃sures have to be taken from winter sports knowledge popularization,system and mechanism innovation,and students’self safety awareness to improve the quality of personnel training in order to effectively promote the development of school win⁃ter sports.
