摘　　要：本文就家庭服务业发展过程中供求不均衡的问题,提出了从高校入手对大学生进行家庭服务业就业创业指导的应对措施,以期达到扩充家庭服务业从业人员数量,提升从业人员素质,促进大学生就业的目的。Based on the analysis of the imbalance between supply and demand in the development of family service indus⁃try,this paper puts forward the employment and entrepreneurship guidance for college students in family service industry as a solution.The approach will help to enlarge the numbers of employees in family service industry,improve the professional⁃ism of employees,and promote the employment of college students.
