摘 要:基于活性炭具有良好的吸附性能,活性炭载体催化剂广泛应用于气相和液相催化,汇总分析其制备工艺研究进展有助于促进其制备工艺的不断改进以及提升催化性能。介绍目前较为常用的活性炭载体催化剂制备方法,较为详细地阐述了直接加入法、化学活化法、浸渍担载法、共热渗入法的制备流程和其针对的被载入活性组分,分析了4种方法的主要优缺点及其局限性,简要说明其制备成本,并举例说明其制备过程和应用情况。目前浸渍担载法仍然是活性炭载体催化剂制备领域较为广泛采用的方法,随着商业化的广泛应用,简化制备方法降低制备成本仍是当前研究的问题。采用模型化合物和模板法制备活性炭载体催化剂可实现载入活性组分的精准控制,此为前沿催化剂制备研究的热点,也是活性炭载体催化剂制备未来的发展方向。Based on the good adsorption performance of activated carbon,activated carbon supported catalysts are widely applied in gas-phase and liquid-phase catalysis.Summarizing and analyzing the research progress of its preparation technology will help to promote the continuous improvement of its preparation technology and enhance the catalytic performance.This study introduced the common methods of preparing activated carbon supported catalysts,described the preparation processes of directly adding method,chemical activation method,impregnation loading method,and co-thermal infiltration method with the targeted active components to be loaded.The main advantages,disadvantages and limitations of the four methods,were briefly explained in terms of the preparation costs giving examples of their preparation process and application.At present,the impregnation loading method is still a widely used method in the field of activated carbon supported catalyst preparation.With the wide application of commercialization,simplifying the preparation method and reducing the preparation cost are still problems of current research.The use of model compounds and template methods to prepare activated carbon supported catalysts can achieve precise control of the loaded activated components.It is a hot spot in the frontier of catalysts preparation research,and it is also the future development direction of activated carbon supported catalysts preparation.
