摘 要:榆林千树塔矿区长焰煤作为低变质烟煤,具有高挥发分、低硫、低灰的性质,因其价格相对低廉,部分焦化厂将其配入炼焦煤中以达到降硫、降灰、降成本、增大焦饼收缩的作用。采用榆林千树塔矿区长焰煤和吕梁黄家沟主焦煤,将长焰煤以10%、20%、30%分别配入主焦煤中进行100 kg小焦炉试验,对单煤及配合煤进行工业分析、黏结性指标分析、灰成分分析,对所炼焦炭进行工业分析、反应性及反应后强度和机械强度分析。试验结果表明:随着长焰煤在主焦煤中配入量的逐步增加,配合煤的硫分、灰分、黏结指数、Y值、灰成分中酸性物质含量等逐步降低,焦炭强度、成焦率逐步下降,结焦性变差。千树塔长焰煤的最大配入量应低于20%,以基本保证焦炭的成焦率和反应后强度要求并有效降低配煤成本。As low metamorphic bituminous coal,long flame coal in Qianshuta mining area of Yulin has features such as high volatile content,low sulfur and low ash.Because of its relatively low price,some coking plants mix it into coking coal to reduce the sulfur,ash and cost and increase the coke cake shrinkage.In this study,long flame coal from Qianshuta mining area of Yulin and main coking coal from Huangjiagou of Lvliang were used to conduct tests in a 100 kg-small coke oven with 10%、20%and 30%long flame coal mixed into main coking coal respectively.The proximate analysis,caking index,ash composition analysis for single type coal and blended coal were done,the proximate analysis,reactivity,post reaction strength and mechanical strength analysis for coke were done as well.The test results show that along with gradually increase of blended amount of long flame in main coke coal,the sulfur content,ash content,caking index,and Y value,acid content in ash composition decrease gradually,the coke strength and coke yield decrease gradually,and the coking property becomes poor.The maximum quantity of Qianshuta long flame coal in main coking coal should be less than 20%to ensure the coke forming rate and post reaction strength of coke,and reduce the coal blending cost.
