摘 要:通过在天然橡胶(NR)复合材料混炼过程中氧化锌(ZnO)与山梨酸(SA)原位生成山梨酸锌(ZDS),并利用硫化过程中过氧化二异丙苯分解产生的自由基将ZDS接枝到NR分子链上,使锌离子与NR分子链上的羧酸根离子形成离子键,制备具有离子交联网络结构的NR-ZDS复合材料。通过X射线衍射分析和红外光谱分析验证ZDS的形成,研究ZnO/SA物质的量比对复合材料硫化特性、交联密度和自修复性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料中SA与ZnO能够原位生成ZDS并接枝到NR分子链上,当SA/ZnO物质的量比小于2∶1时,ZnO作为补强剂分散在橡胶基体中;当SA/ZnO物质的量比为2∶1.4、硫化时间为1 min时,复合材料的自修复效率为93%,拉伸强度为0.85 MPa,综合性能较好。In this paper,zinc sorbate(ZDS) was synthesized from zinc oxide(ZnO) and sorbic acid(SA)in situ during the mixing of natural rubber(NR) composites,ZDS was grafted onto NR molecular chain by free radicals produced by dicumyl peroxide during NR composites,and ion crosslinking network structure was formed in the NR-ZDS composites through the ionic bonds between the zinc ions and the carboxylate ions on the NR molecular chains. The formation of ZDS was verified by X-ray diffraction analysis and infrared spectrum analysis,and the effects of the mole ratio of ZnO/SA on the vulcanization characteristics,crosslinking density and self-healing properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that ZDS was in situ formed by SA and ZnO and grafted onto NR molecular chain. When the mole ratio of SA/ZnO was less than 2∶1,ZnO was dispersed in the rubber matrix as a reinforcing agent. When the mole ratio of SA/ZnO was 2∶1. 4 and the curing time was 1 min,the self-healing efficiency and tensile strength of the composite were 93% and 0. 85 MPa,respectively,and the comprehensive performance was good.
