彩色B超引导下小切口置管冲洗持续负压引流治疗乳腺脓肿

摘　　要：目的分析彩色B超引导下小切口置管冲洗持续负压引流治疗34例乳腺脓肿患者的临床成效。方法选择灵宝市第一人民医院收治于2018年1月至2019年12月的乳腺脓肿患者34例作为此次实验研究的主要对象,使用随机数表法将患者分为两组,各17例。分别实行单纯切开引流术(对照组)和彩色B超引导下小切口置管冲洗持续负压引流治疗(观察组),从临床相关指标(切口长度、换药次数、愈合时间及疼痛值评分)、临床疗效以及术后并发症发生占比等方面评估两组方案的应用成效。结果观察组患者换药次数、疼痛值评分低于对照组,切口长度及愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后发生并发症例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺脓肿患者的治疗中,彩色B超引导下小切口置管冲洗持续负压引流治疗能够有效减轻患者的疼痛感,对于降低患者的愈合时间、减少换药频率以及缩短切口长度也是非常有利的,并且可以进一步提高临床治疗有效率,保障术后康复及安全性,值得应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of small incision tube irrigation and continuous negative pressure drainage under the guidance of color B-ultrasound in the treatment of 34 patients with breast abscess.Methods A total of 34 patients with breast abscess treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the main subjects of this experimental study.The patients were divided into two groups with 17 cases in each group by random number table method.The patients in control group were treated with simple incision and drainage and the patients in observation group were treated with continuous negative pressure drainage under the guidance of color B-ultrasound.The application effects of the two groups were evaluated from the aspects of clinical related indexes(incision length,dressing change times,healing time and pain score),clinical efficacy and the proportion of postoperative complications.Results The number of dressing changes and pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the incision length and healing time were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The number of postoperative complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with breast abscess,color B ultrasound-guided small incision catheter irrigation and continuous negative pressure drainage therapy can effectively reduce the pain of patients,and it is also very beneficial to reduce the healing time of patients,reduce the frequency of dressing changes and shorten the length of the incision.It can further improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,ensure postoperative rehabilitation and safety,and is worthy of promotion.
