摘　　要：目的分析小儿复杂先天性心脏病术后应用复合式保温护理的效果。方法选择2019年1月至12月在郑州大学附属儿童医院行手术治疗的70例复杂先天性心脏病患儿作为本次研究主体,入组后,采用随机双盲法对患儿进行分组,分为两组,对照组和研究组各35例,对照组采用常规保温护理干预,研究组采用复合式保温护理干预,对比两组患儿手术开始时及结束即刻的肛温及心率、舒张压、收缩压等应激反应指标水平、术后并发症发生率。结果手术开始时,两组患儿肛温对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术结束即刻,研究组患儿肛温显著高于对照组,前后对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术开始时,两组患儿的心率、舒张压、收缩压水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术结束即刻,研究组,患儿的心率、舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行手术治疗的复杂先天性心脏病患儿采用复合式保温护理干预,不仅能有效减轻患儿手术过程中的机体应激反应发生,还能降低其术后并发症发生率,从而能改善其预后。Objective To analyze the effect of compound heat preservation nursing after operation of complex congenital heart disease in children.Methods A total of 70 children with complex congenital heart disease who underwent surgery in Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.After entering the group,the children were divided into two groups by random double-blind method.There were 35 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the study group.The control group was treated with routine thermal insulation nursing intervention,and the study group was treated with compound thermal insulation nursing intervention,The levels of anal temperature,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and other stress response indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results At the beginning of the operation,there was no significant difference in the comparison of anal temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).Immediately after the operation,the anal temperature in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);At the beginning of operation,there was no significant difference in heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);Immediately after the operation,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound thermal insulation nursing intervention for children with complex congenital heart disease undergoing surgery can not only effectively reduce the occurrence of body stress reaction during operation,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,so as to improve their prognosis.
