摘　　要：四川石化生产三部200万t/年连续重整装置是中国石油集团第一家开展在线换剂工作的连续重整装置。由于可供参考的装置较少,无经验可借鉴,换剂过程中遇到的每一个问题都可能是新问题。本文介绍了连续重整装置在线换剂过程中遇到的问题及其处理方法,并探讨了加料速率与闭锁料斗速率匹配、控制的方法。形成了一些经验,供以后进行在线换剂的装置参考。2,000,000 ton per year CCR platforming unit of PSPC DivisionⅢis the first CCR platforming unit of CNPC to carry out catalyst on-line replacement. As there are fewer units and no experience for reference,every problem found in the process of catalyst replacement may be a new problem.This paper introduces the problems and their handling methods found in the catalyst on-line replacement process of CCR platforming unit,and discusses the matching and control methods of feeding rate and lock hopper rate.Meanwhile,we forms some experiences for other units who will carry out the catalyst on-line replacement in the future.
