摘 要:近年来在我国现代化技术快速发展的过程中,机器视觉技术与自动化技术受到广泛的重视,两者之间具有一致性的特点,将机器视觉技术嵌入自动化领域属于必然趋势,不仅能够提升自动化生产效率,还能减少成本、提高经济效益。基于此,本文研究机器视觉技术,提出机械制造自动化中机器视觉技术的应用建议和措施,旨在为增强机械制造自动化发展水平提供帮助。In recent years,in the process of the rapid development of China’s modern technology,machine vision technology and automation technology have received extensive attention. They have the characteristics of consistency.Embedding machine vision technology into the field of automation is an inevitable trend. It can not only improve the efficiency of automation production,but also reduce costs and improve the level of economic benefits. Based on this,this paper studies machine vision technology. The application suggestions and measures of machine vision technology in mechanical manufacturing automation are put forward in order to help enhance the development level of mechanical manufacturing automation.
