摘 要:随着物联网与大机械控制工艺技术的发展,端部作业设备的单机效率与自动化率、故障率的分布,故障维修与日常保养,设备资源配比,以及作业能耗评估都需要从传统的统计分析转化为自动化设备的统计分析方式。本文通过对自动化堆场布置工艺、车道数量及分布、自动化龙门吊作业工艺流程、起重机智能控制4个维度进行分析,针对自动化轨道吊的在作业过程中的特点,提出一种基于自动化的效率计算方法,为智能码头自动化工艺流程、设备作业效率、码头堆场货物流转效率、机械日常使用和保养提供评估依据。With the development of the Internet of Things and large machinery control technology,the stand-alone efficiency and automation rate of end-operating equipment,the distribution of failure rates,failure repair and daily maintenance,equipment resource ratio,and operation energy consumption assessment all need to be based on traditional statistics. The analysis is converted into a statistical analysis method for automated equipment. In this paper,through the analysis of several dimensions of automated yard layout process,the number and distribution of lanes,the operation process of automated gantry cranes,and the intelligent control of cranes,and according to the characteristics of automated rail cranes in the operation process,an efficiency calculation method based on automation is proposed,to provide an evaluation basis for the automated process flow of the intelligent terminal,the efficiency of equipment operation,the efficiency of cargo flow in the terminal yard,and the daily use and maintenance of machinery.
