摘  要:合成改性环氧树脂.进一步制备环氧树脂分散体,将环氧树脂分散体.成品色浆、去离子水按一定比例配制阴极电泳涂料;采用四枚盒法,评价了阴极电泳涂料的泳透力,研究了影响阴极电泳涂料泳透力的关键技术因素。结果表明:通过调控改性环氧树脂的环氧当量在300~500g/mol,相对分子质量在1067~1569,酸值在20~35mgKOH/g,以及电泳过程中相关因素,可提升阴极电泳涂料的泳透力。In this paper,resin dispersion was prepared based on the synthesis of the modified epoxy resin.And the cathodic electrodeposition coatings was obtained by blending the resin dispersion,finished color paste and deionized water at a specific ratio.The key technical factors influencing the throwing power of the cathodic electrodeposition coatings were investigated using a four-box method.Results showed that the throwing power of the cathodic electrodeposition coatings could be improved by adjusting the epoxy equivalent of modified epoxy resin to 300~500 g/mol,the relative molecular mass to 1067~1569,acid value to 20~35 mgKOH/g,and other related factors in electrophoresis process.
