摘  要:为比较不同树龄、不同采样批次枸杞果实的外观品质、有效成分含量及硒含量的差异,为栽培优质枸杞子及进行质量评价提供理论依据,本研究以宁夏枸杞果实为研究对象,比较分析了5、10、15年树龄的3个采收批次的枸杞果实品质指标和硒含量以及枸杞地土壤理化性质指标。结果表明,枸杞果实外观品质主要受土壤pH、全盐、有机质、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾影响;有效成分主要受土壤全盐、有机质、速效磷、速效钾影响。随着树龄的增加,第一批枸杞果实百粒重显著上升(P<0.05);纵径及总糖、多糖含量呈先下降后上升的趋势,横径及甜菜碱、黄酮、硒含量呈先上升后下降的趋势;第二批则随着树龄的增加纵径呈先下降后上升的趋势;百粒重及总糖、甜菜碱、硒含量呈先上升后下降的趋势;黄酮含量显著下降。第三批的百粒重、纵径及总糖、硒含量呈先上升后下降的趋势;甜菜碱、黄酮含量呈逐渐下降的趋势。3个批次果实多糖含量变化情况相同。综合来看,10年生枸杞前两批次果实外观品质、硒含量更优,内在品质有效成分除多糖外积累较多。研究为富硒农产品生产提供了理论指导,对当前枸杞产业的优化发展有着重要意义,在保证有机有效成分的基础上以期筛选出天然富硒枸杞适宜树龄。In order to compare the differences of appearance quality,effective component content and selenium content of Lycium barbarum L.fruits of different tree ages and different sampling batches,and to provide theoretical basis for cultivating high quality Lycium barbarum L.fruit and evaluating its quality,this study took Ningxia Lycium barbarum L.fruit as the research object,the fruit quality index,selenium content and soil physical and chemical properties of Lycium barbarum L.in three harvesting batches of 5,10 and 15 age were determined,and the indexes of soil physical and chemical properties of Lycium barbarum L.were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the appearance quality of Lycium barbarum L.fruit was mainly affected by soil pH,total salt,organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium,and the effective components were mainly affected by soil total salt,organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium.The 100-fruit weight of Lycium barbarum L.fruits in the first harvest batch increased significantlywith the increase of tree age(P<0.05).The longitudinal diameter and the contents of total sugar and polysaccharides decreased at first and then increased,while the transverse diameter and the contents of betaine,flavonoids and total selenium increased at first and then decreased.With the increase of tree age,the longitudinal diameter of Lycium barbarum L.fruit in the second harvest batch decreased at first and then increased,100-grain weight and the contents of total sugar,betaine and total selenium increased at first and then decreased,and the content of flavonoids decreased significantly.With the increase of tree age,the 100-grain weight,longitudinal diameter,total sugar and total selenium content of Lycium barbarum L.fruit in the third harvest batch increased at first and then decreased,while the contents of betaine and flavonoids decreased gradually.The changes of polysaccharides content among three batches of fruits were the same.Generally speaking,the first an
