摘  要:依据根冠平衡理论,通过技术手段促进植物根系生长,打破攀援植物生长高度限制,以应用于矿山高陡岩质边坡的生态修复。本研究以五叶地锦(Parthenocissus quinquefolia(L.)Planch.)为试验材料,以生根时间、愈伤组织诱导率、生根率、平均生根条数、平均根直径、总根长度为考察指标,采用单因素试验以及L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验对影响五叶地锦高空压条生根的条件因素(包裹材料,基质配比,造伤方法和激素水平等)进行优化研究。结果表明,选用塑料营养钵为包裹材料,生根率最高,可达60.0%,总根长(481.24±336.92)cm;基质选用草炭加入同体积珍珠岩和蛭石作为基质,生根率达70%,总根长(395.75±368.20)cm;激素处理浓度和环剥宽度的最适组合为IBA 500 mg/L、环剥宽度12 mm。其中,环剥宽度对于生根有显著影响,而IBA和NAA浓度对其影响较小,3个因素的主次关系是:环剥宽度>IBA浓度>NAA浓度。五叶地锦高空压条生根最适包裹材料为塑料营养钵,基质配方为草炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1∶1,造伤方法为环剥。利用正交试验最终确定条件为IBA 500 mg/L+环剥12 mm。According to the theory of root crown balance,the plant root growth was promoted by technical means to break the growth height limit of climbing plants,and carry on ecological restoration of high and steep rock slope in mines.Rooting time,callus induction rate,rooting rate,average rooting number,average root diameter and total root length of Parthenocissus quinquefolia(L.)Planch.,were selected as indexes,single factor test and L9(34)orthogonal test were used to optimize the factors affecting the self rooting of Parthenocissus quinquefolia(L.)Planch.during its air laying,including wrapping materials,ubstrate components,wounding methods and hormone concentrations.The results showed that the highest rooting rate was 60%and the total root length was(481.24±336.92)cm.The rooting rate was 70.0%and the total root length was(395.75±368.20)cm when peat was added into the same volume of perlite and vermiculite.The optimal combination of c rooting hormone concentration was IBA 500 mg/L with 12 mm girdling width.Among them,girdling width had significant effect on rooting,while IBA and NAA concentrations had little effect on rooting.The effect of the three factors was girdling width>IBA concentration>NAA concentration.The results showed that the best wrapping material was plastic nutrition pot,the substrate formula was peat:perlite:vermiculite=1:1:1,and the wounding method was girdling.The final condition was IBA 500 mg/L+girdling 12 mm by orthogonal test.
