摘　　要：新时代青年人的志气、骨气以及底气来源于中华五千年的优秀传统文化,奠基于一百年来中国共产党奋斗历程的经验总结,具有丰富的内涵与具体的要求。培育新时代青年人的志气、骨气、底气,使广大青年不负时代、韶华以及党和人民的诚挚期望。The paper interprets the rich connotation and specific requirements of the new-era young people. The aspiration, moral integrity and confidence of the young people in the new era are inspired by five-thousand-year traditional culture of China and formed by one-hundred-year struggle history of the Communist Party of China. They should be fostered to live up to the times and meet the hope of the Party and the people.
