摘 要:针对单级无桥隔离型功率因数校正(PFC)变换器存在开关管电压应力大,工作于降压模式时,总谐波畸变率(THD)高、功率因数(PF)低的问题,提出一种具有宽输出调压范围与低电压应力的单级无桥隔离型PFC变换器。该变换器采用双绕组分裂电容的结构,降低了开关管与二极管的电压应力。通过引入工频开关管,消除变换器工作于降压模式时的输入电流畸变,实现降压模式下的高功率因数,从而有效拓宽输出电压的调节范围。变换器工作于断续导通模式(DCM)时,可实现二极管的零电流关断(ZCS)。详细分析变换器的工作原理和运行特性,并通过软件进行仿真证明,最后通过搭建一台50W实验样机,验证了该变换器能工作于较宽输出电压范围,具有开关管电压应力小、功率因数高、控制简单和转换效率高等优点。Since the single-stage bridgeless isolated power factor correction(PFC) converter has high voltage stress of the MOSFET, low power factor and high total harmonic distortion when it works in the Buck mode, a novel single-stage bridgeless isolated PFC converter is presented. This converter adopts a dual-winding split capacitor structure, which reduces the voltage stress of the MOSFET and the diodes. The power frequency MOSFET can eliminate the input current distortion, there by effectively realizing high power factor in Buck mode and broadening the range of output voltage. When the converter works in discontinue conduction mode(DCM), zero current switching(ZCS) of the diode can be achieved. The working principle and operating characteristics of the converter are analyzed in detail. Finally, a 50W experimental prototype is built to verify that the converter can work in a wide output voltage range, and has the advantages of small device voltage stress, low THD, high power factor, simple control method and high conversion efficiency.
