摘 要:目的制备穿心莲内酯磁性分子印迹聚合物(An-MMIPs)用于穿心莲内酯的分离纯化。方法以KH570改性的Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性纳米颗粒为载体、穿心莲内酯为模板分子、丙烯酰胺为功能单体、N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过反相微乳法制备An-MMIPs,采用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪对其进行表征,并采用HPLC考察其吸附性能。结果所制An-MMIPs具有较好的磁学性能,对穿心莲内酯模板分子具有特异选择性,可从复杂的天然产物体系中快速有效地分离穿心莲内酯。结论为穿心莲内酯的分离纯化提供了一种新方法。OBJECTIVE To prepare andrographolide magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer(An-MMIPs)for the separation and purification of andrographolide.METHODS KH570 modified Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic nanoparticles were used as carrier,andrographolide was used as template molecule,acrylamide was used as functional monomer,and N,N’-methylenebisacrylamide was used as cross-linking,azobisisobutyronitrile was used as the initiator.An-MMIPs were prepared by the reverse microemulsion method,the infrared spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer and thermogravimetric analyzer were used for their characterizations,and its adsorption performance was investigated by HPLC.RESULTS The prepared An-MMIPs showed good magnetic properties and specific selectivity to andrographolide template molecules,and could quickly and effectively separate andrographolide from complex natural product systems.CONCLUSION A method for the separation and purification of andrographolide is provided.
