摘  要:目的采用UPLC色谱法建立土牛膝特征图谱。方法以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为250 nm。结果土牛膝3个不同基原共有峰共有3个,分别为β-蜕皮甾酮、25R牛膝甾酮、25S牛膝甾酮。结论所建UPLC特征图谱方法能有效区分土牛膝、广东土牛膝、川牛膝,但无法区分野生牛膝、粗毛牛膝、柳叶牛膝3个不同基原。OBJECTIVE To estabilish a UPLC chromatographic method of Achyranthes aspera L..METHODS Acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid solution was used as mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min^(-1)and the detection wavelength was 250 nm.RESULTS UPLC fingerprint results showed that there were three common peaks in three different primordia of Achyranthes.They were identified as beta-ecdysterone,25R-achyranthone and 25S-achyranthone,respectively.CONCLUSION The UPLC method can effectively distinguish A.aspera from Eupatorium Chinese L.and Cyathula officinalis Kuan,but it is impossible to distinguish three different primordia of A.bidentata(wild),A.aspera L.and A.longifolia(Makino).
