摘　　要：目的采用HPLC指纹图谱结合含量测定控制臭灵丹药材的质量。方法建立臭灵丹药材的HPLC指纹图谱,结合含量测定结果,以此筛选出合格药材并测定抗病毒活性,以活性结果验证质控方法的合理性。结果臭灵丹药材的HPLC图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度≥0.8,活性成分的含量限度为洋艾素、臭灵丹酸含量分别≥0.359 mg、6.736 mg·g^(-1),经该质控方法筛选出的药材抗病毒活性强。结论臭灵丹HPLC指纹图谱结合有效成分含量测定的质控方法,较全面地反映了臭灵丹药材中的化学成分信息。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC chromatograph fingerprints combined with the content determination for the quality control of Laggera pterodonta.METHODS Based on the quality control method of the fingerprint combined with content determination,qualified medicinal materials were selected for antiviral activity determination to verify the effectiveness of the quality control method.RESULTS HPLC chromatogram of sample had the similarity equal or greater than 0.8,compared to the reference fingerprint,and the active ingredient content shold be equal or greater than 0.359 mg·g^(-1)for the artemitin,6.736 mg·g^(-1)for the pterodontic acid to be selected.The antiviral activity results verified the reasonability of the quality control method for all the selected medicinal materials showed strong antiviral activity.CONCLUSION The quality control method combined with HPLC fingprints and content determintation contain most partly information of the chemical components in the L.pterodonta.
