摘　　要：目的检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)病人外周血免疫B淋巴细胞中CD72蛋白的表达及临床意义并探究其下游P-JNK的表达,讨论其在SLE发病中的意义。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月武汉市第一医院收治的SLE病人48例为观察组,根据选取年龄、性别相匹配于武汉市第一医院健康体检的正常人48例为健康对照组,使用流式细胞术检测和免疫酶联法比较两组研究对象采集外周血B淋巴细胞CD72及P-JNK含量表达,同时分析B淋巴细胞CD72表达与SLE疾病活动指数评分之间的关系。结果观察组SLE外周血B淋巴细胞数量[(781±134)个比(277±65)个]、CD72下游的P-JNK含量明显高于健康对照组[(22.67±3.01)ng/L比(18.25±2.67)ng/L]、CD72阳性率[(58.7±9.9)%比(69.5±10.7)%]低于健康对照组,同时CD72阳性率与SLE疾病活动指数评分之间具有负性相关关系(P<0.05)。结论SLE病人外周的B淋巴细胞CD72阳性率较低,同时其与病人的SLE疾病活动指数评分具有负性相关性,可能与CD72通过其P-JNK介导的病理过程相关,可辅助临床SLE的病情的诊断及评估。Objective To detect the expression of CD72 protein in peripheral blood immune B lymphocytes of patients with system⁃ic lupus erythematosus(SLE)explore the expression of P-JNK downstreamtheir significance in the pathogenesis of SLE.Methods For⁃ty-eight SLE patients treated in the First Hospital of Wuhan from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group.Forty-eight normal people were elected whose age and gender matched the health examination in the First Hospital of Wuhan as the control group.Flow cytometrydetection and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to compare the expression of CD72 and P-JNK in B lymphocytes from peripheral blood collected in all subjects,and the relationship between CD72 content of B lymphocytes and SLE disease activity index score was analyzed.Results Content of B lymphocytes[(781±134)vs.(277±65)]and expression of p-JNK was significantly higher than in healthy control group[(22.67±3.01)ng/L vs.(18.25±2.67)ng/L].CD72 positive rate[(58.7±9.9)%vs.(69.5±10.7)%]of peripheral blood B lymphocytes in SLE was lower than in the control group.Meanwhile,there was a negative correla⁃tion between the CD72 positive rate and the SLE disease activity index score(P<0.05).Conclusions Peripheral B lymphocytes have a low CD72 positive rate in SLE patientsand it has a negative correlation with the patient's SLE disease activity index score,which may be related to the pathological process mediated by CD72 through its P-JNK,which can assist clinical diagnosis and evaluation of the condition of SLE.
