摘　　要：随着用户侧对电网安全稳定运行的要求越来越高,安全稳定控制装置作为提高电力系统稳定性的有效手段,在电力系统中的应用也越来越广泛。为了提高安全稳定控制装置动作的可靠性,亟须对安全稳定控制装置的功能逻辑进行测试。基于电力系统全数字仿真装置(Advanced Digital Power System Simulator,ADPSS),订制化搭建适用于安全稳定控制装置的整套数模仿真测试模型,研究制定配套的测试方案和测试内容,实现对装置功能逻辑及其动作可靠性的全面检测,以保证电网的安全稳定运行。通过实际装置测试工作的开展情况,验证所采用安全稳定控制装置测试方法的有效性和可靠性。With the increasing requirements of the user side for the safe and stable operation of the power grid,the security and stability control device has become an effective means to improve the stability of the power system,which is more and more widely used in the power system.In order to improve the reliability of security and stability control equipment operations,the functional logic test of security and stability control equipment is very urgently needed.A complete set of digital⁃analog simulation testing models suitable for security and stability control equipment was built based on advanced digital power system simulator(ADPSS)simulation platform.The supporting testing scheme and testing content were formulated to realize the comprehensive detection of the functional logic and action reliability of the device,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.The effectiveness and reliability of the testing method of safety and stability control device were verified through the actual device test.
