作为记忆装置的村上春树文学——关于中国的历史记忆与文学叙事

摘　　要：村上春树的随笔《弃猫》是近年引发读书界关注的一篇作品,已经被译成中文、英文等多种语言,被世界读者所广泛阅读。文中,村上春树第一次详细讲述了父亲三次应征入伍、在中国战场的经历,并明确表示要继承父亲的历史记忆。从处女作《且听风吟》开始,村上春树的作品中频繁出现中国元素。参照《弃猫》中村上春树讲述的关于中国的历史记忆,纵向梳理村上春树四十年的创作,对《寻羊冒险记》《去中国的小船》《奇鸟行状录》《刺杀骑士团长》等作品中有关中国的文学叙事进行梳理、考证,有助于客观地厘清村上春树文学的中国叙事谱系,整体且全面地呈现村上春树如何将文学作为记忆装置进行关于历史记忆的叙事。Haruki Murakami’s essay“Abandoning a Cat”has gained increasing attention in recent years,with its global readership expanding rapidly since the essay was translated into Chinese,English and other languages.Haruki Murakami details in this essay his father’s triple experiences of enlisting in the army and his experiences in the Chinese battlefield for the first time and clearly expresses the desire to inherit his father’s historical memory.Chinese elements have appeared frequently in Haruki Murakami’s works since his first novel,Hear the Wind Sing.In perspective of Murakami’s historical memory of China in“Abandoning a Cat,”this article intends to review his 40-year literary creation diachronically,aiming to compare and examine the literary narratives of China in his works such as A Wild Sheep Chase,A Slow Boat to China,The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle,and Killing Commendatore,which help to clarify the genealogy of Chinese narratives in Murakami’s works and present how Murakami uses literature as a mnemonic device for narratives of historical memory.
