摘 要:输油管道在滑坡作用下受到滑体位移的影响而威胁管道的安全运营。因此,研究滑坡作用下输油管道的成灾机理就极为重要。以中石化广西输油部百色站NB169+950滑坡为典型案例,采用FLAC3D6.0有限元分析软件建立管-土相互作用模型,分析天然及暴雨工况下,管道平行滑坡滑向穿越滑体时的成灾机理。结果表明:(1)滑体的位移对埋地管道的变形变位起决定性影响。(2)受滑坡的影响,管道上部弯曲部位产生了最大拉应力,下部弯曲部位产生了最大压应力。(3)受降雨的影响,滑坡-管道的位移及应力比天然工况下明显加大,管道上下弯曲部位的最大拉压应力及位移也显著增加。为了减轻滑坡对管道的影响,在管道平行滑坡滑向穿越滑体时,应对管道弯曲部位进行重点关注和动态监测。The oil pipeline is affected by the displacement of the sliding body under the action of the landslide,which threatens the safe operation of the pipeline.Therefore,it is extremely important to study the disaster mechanism of oil pipelines under the action of landslides.Taking the NB169+950 landslide at Baise Station of the Guangxi Oil Transmission Department of Sinopec as a typical case,FLAC3 D6.0 finite element analysis software is used to establish a pipe-soil interaction model to analyze the natural and heavy rain conditions when the pipeline parallel landslide slides through the sliding body.Disaster mechanism.The results show that:(1)The displacement of the sliding body has a decisive influence on the deformation and displacement of the buried pipeline.(2)Affected by the landslide,the maximum tensile stress is generated at the upper bending part of the pipeline,and the maximum compressive stress is generated at the lower bending part.(3)Affected by rainfall,the displacement and stress of the landslide-pipeline are significantly larger than under natural conditions,and the maximum tensile and compressive stress and displacement of the upper and lower bending parts of the pipeline are also significantly increased.In order to reduce the impact of the landslide on the pipeline,when the pipeline is parallel to the landslide and crosses the sliding body,the bending part of the pipeline should be focused and monitored dynamically.
