新时代中国消除绝对贫困的“制胜法宝”及其经验启示——学习贯彻党的十九届六中全会精神

摘　　要：坚持党的领导、坚持马克思反贫困思想、坚持人民至上、中国人民反贫困斗争实践是新时代中国消除绝对贫困的四大“制胜法宝”,为我们在全面建设社会主义现代化国家、实现第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程中总结经验启示提供了重要依据。全面梳理这四大“制胜法宝”及其经验启示,不仅是学习贯彻党的十九届六中全会精神的基本逻辑理路,而且对实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要的指导意义。Upholding the Party’s overall leadership, sticking to the Marx’s ideas of fighting against poverty, putting the people first and the Chinese people’s experience of fighting against poverty are the four “magic weapons for success” for China to eradicate absolute poverty in the new era, and have provided important basis for us to review the experience inspiration on a new journey to build a modern socialist country in all respects and to realize the second centenary goal. A thorough sorting out of these four “magic weapons for success” and the experience inspiration is not only a basic logic path to learn and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, but also is of great guiding significance for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
