糖尿病临床分型及治疗药物的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病是以血糖升高为主要特征的慢性代谢疾病。近年来我国糖尿病发病率快速增长,需要精准防控。考虑到糖尿病人群异质性高,急需加强对糖尿病临床分期分型的个性化诊断及治疗药物的研究,并针对糖尿病复合病因的发病机制来研发糖尿病新药。该文简要综述中西医糖尿病分期分型及降糖药物的研究进展。近年来多通路多靶点的成分复方降糖药具有减毒增效的临床治疗效果,不断被欧美药品监管机构批准上市,从中窥见中西医相互学习借鉴的发展趋势。中西医实践必将为糖尿病临床提供更精准的治疗方法和创新药物。Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by high blood sugar. In recent years,the incidence rate of diabetes in China has increased sharply. In view of the current epidemiologic trend of diabetes,precision diagnosis,prevention and intervention in all stages of diabetes can effectively curb the outburst of diabetes in China.Due to high heterogeneity of diabetic population,it is urgent to strengthen individualized diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus by types and stages. In view of the clinical characteristics and therapeutic outcomes, the antidiabetic drugs should be developed based on the complex pathogenesis of multiple etiologies of diabetes. This article reviews the research progress of diabetes mellitus classification and anti-diabetic drugs in Chinese and Western medicine. Recently anti-diabetic drugs with multi-component compound targeting multiple pathways and targets that with attenuation and synergistic curing effects were constantly approved by FDA/EMA, which shows the trend of mutual learning and reference between the two medical systems of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The integrated development of Chinese medicine and Western medicine will provide more innovative anti-diabetic drugs for precise treatment of diabetes.
