摘 要:为提高好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)对高氨氮废水中总无机氮(TIN)的去除效果,研究了超声波对AGS脱氮效果的影响。缺氧反应前将AGS在不同功率下分别超声5 min,发现空白组对无机废水的脱氮效果最差,功率为5 W时的TIN去除率最高(23.98%),不同功率超声组对ρ(C)/ρ(N)为2的有机废水的TIN去除率整体呈增大趋势。声能密度在0~0.4W/mL时对氨氧化速率有明显促进作用,在0.2 W/mL时对亚硝酸盐氧化速率有明显促进作用,对亚硝酸盐反硝化速率促进作用不明显,在0.1及0.3 W/mL时取得最大外源及内源的反硝化速率。超声对AGS结构影响不大,不同声能密度下AGS的颗粒化率均在94.66%以上。Effects of ultrasonic wave on denitrification performances of aerobic granular sludge(AGS)were investigated to improve the removal efficiency of total inorganic nitrogen(TIN)in high ammonia nitrogen wastewater by AGS.AGS was pretreated by ultrasonic wave with different powers for 5 minutes before anoxic reaction.The blank group without ultrasonic treatment had the worst denitrification performance in the treatment of inorganic wastewater,the TIN removal efficiency was the highest(23.98%)after treated by ultrasonic wave with power of 5 W,and the TIN removal efficiency of control groups treated by different powers of ultrasonic wave showed an overall increasing trend in the treatment of organic wastewater withρ(C)/ρ(N)ratio of 2.The ultrasonic wave(0~0.4 W/mL)significantly promoted the ammonia oxidizing rate,promoted the nitrite oxidizing rate at 0.2 W/mL,had no significantly promoting effect on the nitrite denitrifying rate,and the maximum exogenous and endogenous denitrifying rates were obtained at 0.1 and 0.3 W/mL,respectively.Ultrasonic wave had no obvious effect on structure of AGS,and the granulation rates of AGS were all above 94.66%at different ultrasound energy densities.
