摘 要:厨余垃圾、果蔬垃圾是我国生活垃圾的主要组分,湿热水解处理工艺是我国处理厨余垃圾、果蔬垃圾等有机垃圾较为适合方式之一。以某地厨余垃圾、果蔬垃圾湿热水解处理项目为例,对湿热水解处理工艺的工艺流程、技术特点及处理效果进行分析。项目总占地为6398.55㎡,厨余垃圾处理量为100 t/d,果蔬垃圾处理量为50 t/d,平均处理成本约160元/t。原生垃圾湿热水解预处理的立式压榨产生残渣含水率小于60%,厌氧产沼气量大于70 m3/t。Kitchen waste and fruit/vegetable waste are the main components of domestic waste in China.Hydrothermal hydrolysis is one of the treatment methods suitable for the characteristics of organic waste such as kitchen waste and fruit/vegetable waste in China.In this paper,the process flow,technical characteristics and treatment effect of hygrothermal hydrolysis treatment of kitchen waste and fruit/vegetable waste were analyzed.The project covers a total area of 6398.55 square meters,the kitchen waste treatment capacity of 100 t/d,fruit/vegetable waste treatment capacity of 50 t/d,the average treatment cost of about 160 yuan/t.The moisture content of the residue was less than 60%and the anaerobic biogas production capacity is more than 70 m3/t.
