摘　　要：本文运用RBI(基于风险的检验)方法,对超期服役脉动真空灭菌器进行风险等级评估,结合评估结果制定科学、合理的定期检验方案,并对中、高风险产生的原因进行分析,制定合理降低风险措施,保障设备安全运行,降低使用单位检验成本.此方法的运用也为超期服役压力容器的定期检验提供科学方法和实践经验.In this article,RBI(Risk-based inspection)method is used to evaluate the risk level of the pulsation vacuum sterilizer that has been in service for an extended period of time,and a scientific and reasonable periodic inspection plan is formulated based on the evaluation results.It analyzes the reasons for the medium and high risks,and formulates reasonable measures to reduce risks,so as to ensure the safe operation of equipment and reduce inspection costs for users.The application of this method also provides scientific methods and practical experience for the regular inspection of over-service pressure vessels.
