摘  要:本文对泰州某企业化工码头的低温LPG(液化石油气)装卸臂进行低温装卸性能试验,分析其化工装卸码头及低温LPG装卸臂在工作过程中的主要失效模式和风险点,提出低温LPG装卸臂的风险预防机制及应急处置措施,为化工装卸企业提升码头LPG装卸作业的安全性提供一定的参照.In this paper,the low-temperature loading performance test of the low-temperature LPG loading arm of a chemical wharf in Taizhou was carried out,the main failure modes and risk points of the chemical wharf and low-temperature LPG loading arm in the working process were analyzed,and the risk prevention mechanism and emergency disposal measures of the low-temperature LPG loading arm were put forward.It provides a certain reference for chemical enterprises to improve the safety of LPG loading operation at the wharf.
