摘 要:本文通过宏观检查、金相检验、硬度检测、安全附件模拟试验、破口温度与破口能量计算等手段,对1台锅炉锅筒的撕裂事故进行分析,发现锅炉缺水是导致该事故发生的直接原因,并分析出锅炉缺水是由锅炉的水位报警装置和低水位联锁装置失灵以及人员管理不到位造成的.根据分析结果,提出规范水位联锁保护装置功能试验工作、将低水位联锁与自动上水信号取不同信号源以及司炉人员要定期培训的措施建议.In this paper,the tearing accident of a boiler drum was analyzed by means of macro inspection,metallographic test,hardness test,simulation test of safety accessories,calculation of break temperature and break energy.It was found that the water shortage of boiler was the direct cause of the accident.The results show that the water shortage of boiler was related to the failure of water level alarm device and low water level interlock of boiler and inadequate personnel management.According to the analysis results,the measures to standardize the function test of water level interlocking protection device,to take different signal sources from low water level interlocking and automatic water supply signal,and to train the staff regularly are put forward.
