摘  要:水泥环在复杂井况下容易出现微环隙和微裂缝使水泥环丧失层间封隔能力,导致环空窜流的发生。本文针对水泥石力学测试中影响水泥石性能测定的加载速率和养护时间的问题对水泥石的变形和强度开展了力学实验研究,并使用函数拟合加载速率、养护时间与水泥石抗压强度、杨氏模量和泊松比关系。研究结果表明:对数函数对水泥石抗压强度随加载速率变化以及对水泥石抗压强度和杨氏模量随养护时间变化的拟合效果较为理想;水泥石的抗压强度、杨氏模量和泊松比在不同养护温度时进入缓慢发展阶段的时间不同。在实际应用中,可根据实际需要在48~672h之间选取合适水泥石的养护时间。The cement sheath is prone to generate micro-annulus and micro-fractures under complex well conditions,so the cement sheath would suffer zonal isolation failure,resulting in the occurrence of annular channeling.In this paper,a mechanical experimental study of oil well cement is carried out to research the relation of loading rate and curing age with the mechanical performance of oil well cement.Fit analysis of loading rate or curing time versus compressive strength,Yang’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio of oil well cement is performed.The results show that the loading rate with compressive strength was fitted relatively ideal with logarithmic function.The curing time versus compressive strength and Young’s modulus is relatively ideal with logarithmic function.The curing time of cement’compressive strength,Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio entered the stable development stage would be various at different curing temperatures.In practice,the appropriate curing time of cement can be selected between 48h and 672h.
