摘　　要：针对本公司连续重整装置的催化剂再生系统在长周期运行过程中出现的一些问题,比如碱洗系统堵塞、粉尘收集与卸出系统异常、待生提升系统提升异常等等,通过判断分析得出异常原因,并进行消缺和优化等措施,使催化剂再生系统保持稳定运行,催化剂性能保持良好状态,为延长装置运行时间提供保障。In view of some problems in the long-term operation of the catalyst regeneration system of the company’s continuous reforming unit,such as blockage of the alkali washing system,abnormal dust collection and discharge system,abnormal lifting of the standby lifting system,etc.,the abnormal causes are obtained through judgment and analysis,and measures such as defect elimination and optimization are taken to maintain the stable operation of the catalyst regeneration system,The catalyst performance is maintained in good condition to provide guarantee for prolonging the operation time of the unit.
