污水汽提装置酸性水罐顶恶臭气体治理工艺的应用

摘　　要：炼油厂污水汽提装置的酸性水罐顶的恶臭气体,不仅影响现场作业人员身体健康,而且加剧了该气体环境下的设备腐蚀,是炼油厂的一个重要环境污染源。本文介绍中海石油宁波大榭/舟山石化污水汽提装置酸性水罐内气相的组成及危害,原来采用的氧化-吸收除臭工艺在实际运行过程中存在吸收不完全、二次污染、氮气消耗大等问题,进而采用将酸性水罐顶恶臭气体通过增压设施引入低瓦系统的新工艺,利用系统的气体处理装置对废气进行处理,新工艺投用运行后,设备运行稳定、操作简单,实现了恶臭气体的密闭排放回收,彻底消除酸性水罐顶气相恶臭气体对环境的污染。The malodorous gas on the top of the sour water tank of the refinery sewage stripping unit not only affects the health of field operators,but also intensifies the equipment corrosion in the gas environment.It is an important environmental pollution source of the refinery.This paper introduces the composition and harm of the gas phase in the sour water tank of CNOOC Ningbo Daxie/Zhoushan petrochemical wastewater stripping unit.The original oxidation absorption deodorization process has some problems such as incomplete absorption,secondary pollution and large nitrogen consumption in the actual operation process,and then adopts the new process of introducing the odor gas on the top of the sour water tank into the low watt system through the pressurization facility.The gas treatment device of the system is used to treat the waste gas.After the new process is put into operation,the equipment operates stably and operates simply,realizes the closed discharge and recovery of odor gas,and completely eliminates the pollution of gas-phase odor gas on the top of acid water tank to the environment.
