摘　　要：国际石油工程项目风险管理是提高中国石油企业海外市场竞争力的重要举措,且有助于中国石油企业拓展国际市场业务范围。本文在简要分析EPC合同模式下国际石油工程项目风险为主体展开分析,具体分析风险特征和风险管理措施,以期为中国石油企业海外市场业务开拓工作提供一些具有参考价值的建议。International petroleum engineering project risk management is an important measure to improve the competitiveness of Chinese petroleum enterprises in the overseas market,and it is helpful for Chinese petroleum enterprises to expand their business scope in the international market.This paper analyzes the risk of international petroleum engineering project under EPC contract mode,analyzes the risk characteristics and risk management measures,in order to provide some valuable suggestions for the overseas market business development of Chinese petroleum enterprises.
