摘 要:评述了镁类晶须的制备技术及其生长机制研究状况。主要介绍了硼酸镁晶须、硫酸镁晶须、氧化镁晶须、氢氧化镁晶须和碱式镁盐晶须的性能、应用特点及其工业生产近况。提出研究晶须生长机制是研究晶须的核心的观点,实现晶须生产低成本、高效益的重要途径之一是解决晶须生长机理问题,而晶须的生长机制问题主要是测定并指认生长基元的问题,通过matlab程序实现傅里叶变换可测定并指认由金属离子和氢氧根离子组成的生长基元。The preparation technology and growth mechanism of magnesium whiskers were reviewed. This article mainly introduced the properties, application characteristics and recent industrial production of magnesium borate whisker, magnesium sulfate whisker, magnesium oxide whisker, magnesium hydroxide whisker and basic magnesium salt whiskers. It is proposed that the study of whisker growth mechanism is the core of whisker research. One of the important ways to realize low cost and high efficiency in whisker production is to solve the problem of whisker growth mechanism, which is mainly the problem of measuring and identifying growth elements. The Fourier transform is realized by matlab program, and the growth elements composed of metal ions and hydroxyl ions can be measured and identified.
