摘 要:水力旋流器+紧凑式气浮选机(CFU)是一种常规的含油生产污水处理工艺,但是此工艺流程所需设备设施占用平台面积较大、总重量也较大,无法满足深水导管架平台对重量控制的严苛要求。对于含H_(2)S油田,脱气除油罐开罐清洗时会析出H_(2)S气体,存在安全隐患。文章引用新型聚结脱气除油罐+在线反冲洗工艺流程,对现有含油生产污水处理流程进行了优化,从而达到降低设备设施重量和消除H_(2)S不利影响的目的。Hydrocyclone and compact floatation unit(CFU) is a conventional oil-bearing produced water treatment process. However, the equipment and facilities required for this process occupies a large area of the platform and the total weight is too large to meet the stringent weight control requirements of the deepwater jacket platform. For oil fields containing H_(2)S, H_(2)S gas will be precipitated when the degassing oil skim drum is opened and cleaned, which has potential safety hazards. In this article, the new type coalescence degassing oil skim drum with backwash process is introduced to optimize the existing oil-bearing produced water treatment process, so as to reduce the weight of equipment and facilities and eliminate the adverse effects of H_(2)S.
