摘 要:采用低温回流法,以葡萄糖为碳源,硝酸锌和氢氧化钠为原料制备碳掺杂ZnO光催化剂。通过比表面积分析仪、光电流等测试手段对光催化剂的结构和性能进行了表征。探讨碳掺杂量对ZnO光催化性能的影响,并进一步研究其对环丙沙星的降解活性。研究结果表明,碳加入量为0.6 wt%时,碳掺杂ZnO光催化剂(CZ-0.6)光催化有效性能最佳,其形貌呈片花状,纤锌矿相晶型,禁带宽度为3.09 eV,比表面积为28.68 m^(2)/g,孔径分布在1~10 nm。在紫外光照射条件下,CZ-0.6对20 mg/L环丙沙星溶液的降解率可达92.51%,该降解过程符合一级动力学规律,反应速率常数k为2.04×10^(-2)/min^(-1),半衰期为33.9 min。此外,进一步推测了片花状碳掺杂ZnO光催化剂的光降解机理。Carbon-doped ZnO photocatalysts were prepared by a low-temperature reflux method,using glucose as a carbon source,zinc nitrate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials.The structure and performance of the photocatalyst were characterized by BET and photocurrent tests.The effect of carbon doping amount on the photocatalytic performance of ZnO was investigated,and its degradation activity of ciprofloxacin was further studied.The results show that the carbon-doped ZnO photocatalyst(CZ-0.6)has good photocatalytic performance when the carbon content is 0.6 wt%.The specific surface area of sample CZ-0.6 is 28.68 m^(2)/g,and the pore size distribution is 1—10 nm.Under UV light irradiation,the degradation rate of CZ-0.6 for a 20 mg/L ciprofloxacin solution can reach 92.51%,and the degradation process is in accordance with the first-order kinetic law.The reaction rate constant k is 2.04×10^(-2)/min-1,and the half-life time is 33.9min.In addition,the photodegradation mechanism of flake-like carbon-doped ZnO photocatalyst was further proposed.
