摘  要:针对户外运动爱好者所携带的风扇续航里程不足、不易携带和在户外无法充电的问题,基于三维设计技术设计了一款多功能柔性可折叠太阳能风扇,所设计的支撑机构可以收拢和展开;太阳能电池板布置在抽屉式底座卡槽中,太阳能板能抽出和收回;利用3D打印技术加工制作了柔性可折叠太阳能风扇样机,并进行太阳能板对锂电池充电实验、风扇运转实验和对外给手机充电实验。实验结果表明,所设计和制作的太阳能风扇能对锂电池进行充电,且风扇运转正常,同时能对外给小型电器进行充电,实现了柔性折叠式风扇、绿色太阳能能源移动电源等多功能的集成,拓展了3D打印技术的应用路径。It is aimed at the problems that the fans carried by outdoor sports enthusiasts are not easy to carry and cannot be charged outdoors.A multifunctional flexible and foldable solar fan is designed based on 3 D design technology.The designed supporting mechanism can be folded and expanded.The solar panels are arranged in slots in a drawer-type base which can be pulled out and retracted.A prototype of multifunctional flexible and foldable solar fan was fabricated by 3 D printing technology.Solar panel charging experiment for lithium battery, fan running expe-riment and external charging experiment for mobile phone were carried out.The experimental results show that the solar fan designed and manufactured can charge the lithium battery, and the fan runs normally.At the same time, it can charge the small electrical appliances.It realizes the integration of flexible and foldable fan, green solar energy mobile power supply and other functions, and expands the application path of 3 D printing technology.
