摘　　要：针对多通道柱塞阀结构复杂多样性,分析了多通道柱塞阀阀体受管道载荷与温度场影响情况。对四通道、2500 lb柱塞阀阀体进行三维建模和有限元分析,验证阀体强度设计的合理性。在不同启闭状态下分别计算阀门流量系数值及流阻系数,探究内部流动状态。Aiming at the complexity and diversity of multi-channel piston valve structure,this paper analyzes the pipeline load and temperature field of multi-channel piston valve body.The three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis of the four channel,2500lb plunger valve body are carried out to verify the rationality of the strength design.Calculate the flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient of the valve under different opening and closing states,and explore the internal flow state.
