摘　　要：“阀门更换专用工具”利用旋转双旋内丝扣套管,使旋转运动转换成支撑杆的伸缩运动。通过支撑杆的伸缩变化,实现增大阀门法兰和管道法兰之间的间隙,方便进行阀门垫片的拆装更换,避免因液压千斤顶松动引起受力失衡,并提高阀门拆装效率。“Special tool for valve replacement”uses the rotating double inner screw buckle sleeve to convert the rotating movement into the telescopic movement of the support rod.Through the telescopic change of the support rod,the gap between the valve flange and the pipe flange is increased to facilitate the disassembly and replacement of the valve gasket,avoid the force imbalance caused by the loosening of the hydraulic jack,and improve the efficiency of the valve disassembly.
