摘　　要：高校档案馆应当在充分考虑本校实际情况的前提下,对实物档案开展鉴定。鉴定中既要考虑物品本身的价值,也要重视物品产生的历史背景,同时还要用发展的眼光对物品未来的价值进行预判。入库的实物档案要进行分类管理,做好保管和利用。另外可以采用电子档案的形式,将所有实物档案纳入档案管理范围,做到应存尽存,以更完整地保存档案信息。University archives should carry out the appraisal of physical archives after fully considering the actual situation of the university.In the appraisal,we should not only consider the value of the object itself,but also pay attention to the historical background of it,and also predict its future value from a development perspective.The collected physical archives need to be classified and well preserved and utilized.All the physical archives can be included in the archives management in form of electronic archives so that they can all be properly preserved.
