阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗宫颈HPV感染患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的效果。方法:选取180例HPV感染患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各90例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后HPV-DNA负荷量,治疗3、6、9个月后HPV转阴率和阴道内pH值,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%(88/90),高于对照组的85.56%(77/90),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组HPV-DNA负荷量和阴道内pH值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗3、6、9个月后HPV转阴率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗基础上采用阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗宫颈HPV感染患者可提高治疗总有效率和HPV转阴率,降低HPV-DNA负荷量和阴道内pH值,效果优于单纯重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗。Objective:To observe effects of live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use combined with recombinant human interferon α2b suppository in treatment of patients with cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods:180 HPV-infected patients were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α2b suppository,while the observation group was treated with live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment effective rate,the HPV-DNA load before and after the treatment,the HPV negative conversion rate 3,6 and 9 months after the treatment,the intravaginal pH value and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.78%(88/90),which was higher than the control group of 85.56%(77/90),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the HPV-DNA load and the intravaginal pH value in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3,6,and 9 months after the treatment,the HPV negative conversion rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the recombinant human interferon α2b suppository treatment,the live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use in the treatment of the cervical HPV infection can improve the treatment effective rate and the HPV negative conversion rate,and reduce the HPV viral load and the intravaginal pH value.Moreover,it is superior to single recombinant human interferon α2b suppository treatment.
