黄连阿胶汤联合雌孕激素治疗卵巢早衰心肾不交证患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察黄连阿胶汤联合雌孕激素治疗卵巢早衰心肾不交证患者的效果。方法:选取80例卵巢早衰心肾不交证患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组采用雌孕激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黄连阿胶汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后性激素指标[黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平、中医证候积分和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的70.00%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组LH、FSH水平低于对照组,E;水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组烦躁易怒、失眠多梦、烘热汗出等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄连阿胶汤联合雌孕激素治疗卵巢早衰心肾不交证患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善性激素指标水平,以及降低中医证候积分,其效果优于单纯雌孕激素治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Huanglian Ejiao decoction combined with Estrogen and Progesterone in treatment of premature ovarian failure patients with heart-kidney disharmony.Methods:80 patients with premature ovarian failure with heart and kidney failure disharmony were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Estrogen and Progesterone,while the observation group was treated with Huanglian Ejiao decoction on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical effects,the sex hormone index levels[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))],the TCM syndrome score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than 70.00%(28/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of LH and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the level of E;was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes such as irritability,insomnia and dreaminess,and hot and sweating in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Huanglian Ejiao decoction combined with Estrogen and Progesterone in the treatment of premature ovarian failure patients with heart-kidney disharmony can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of sex hormone indexes,and reduce the TCM syndrome scores.Moreover,it is superior to single Estrogen and Progesterone treatment.
