复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的效果及护理体会

摘　　要：目的评价复合式小梁切除术对青光眼进行治疗的临床效果和护理措施。方法对2018年2月至2019年10月到我院治疗的56例青光眼患者随机分为观察组和对照组,平均为28例。分别通过复合式小梁切除术和传统小梁切除术治疗,两组患者均针对性的实施护理,并对两组患者的恢复效果等进行统计学比较。结果①观察组(25例,89.29%)的治疗有效率相比对照组(20例,71.43%)明显更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②观察组(1例,3.57%)的并发症发生率相比对照组(10例,35.71%)明显更低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。③护理后观察组比对照组具有更占优势的眼压水平、RNFL厚度,且观察组的视野缺损明显更轻,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。④护理前,两组患者的负面情绪和睡眠质量都不佳,且统计学差异不显著(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组的负性情绪和睡眠质量均得到明显的改善,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。⑤护理前,两组患者的生活质量条件较差且差异不显著(P>0.05),护理后,观察组生活质量得到高质量改善,相比对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论临床对青光眼患者选择复合式小梁切除术配合针对性的护理方法进行干预促使临床治疗效果得到提升,不会产生严重的并发症的风险,可以改善患者的视力水平和负面心理也能调整患者的睡眠,提高整体生活质量,值得推荐。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and nursing measures of composite trabeculectomy for glaucoma treatment.Methods From February 2018 to October 2019,56 glaucoma patients who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with an average of 28 cases.Through compound trabeculectomy and traditional trabeculectomy,the two groups of patients were treated with targeted nursing,and the recovery effects of the two groups of patients were statistically compared.Results(1)The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(25 cases,89.29%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(20 cases,71.43%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)Observation The incidence of complications in the group(1 case,3.57%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(10 cases,35.71%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The control group had more dominant intraocular pressure level and RNFL thickness,and the visual field defect in the observation group was significantly lighter,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)Before nursing,the negative emotions and sleep quality of the patients in the two groups were significantly lower,and the statistical difference was not significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the negative emotions and sleep quality of the observation group were significantly improved,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(5)Before nursing,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was poor and the difference was not significant(P>0.05),after nursing,the quality of life in the observation group was improved with high quality,and there was a statistical difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical intervention of compound trabeculectomy combined with targeted nursing methods for glaucoma patients can improve the clinical treatment effect without the risk of serious complications,and can improve the patient's vision level and negative psychology.sleep,improve the overall quality of life,it is recomm
