支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术治疗声带息肉的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术治疗声带息肉的临床意义研究。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在鞍山市中心医院耳鼻咽喉科的80例声带息肉患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例声带息肉患者采取常规声带息肉切除术手术方法;试验组40例声带息肉患者在采取常规手术方法的基础上利用支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术来治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效比较。比较两组患者的嗓音自身主观评分、苏醒评分、临床观察指标、嗓音障碍指数评分。结果试验组声带息肉患者的临床疗效好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组嗓音自身主观评分、苏醒评分、临床观察指标、嗓音障碍指数评分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术治疗声带息肉的临床意义显著,对声带息肉患者利用支撑喉镜可以提高患者的临床有效率,故对声带息肉患者采取支撑喉镜治疗声带息肉切除术具有重要意义。Objective To explore the clinical significance of vocal cord polypectomy under supporting laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods Eighty patients with vocal cord polyps in the department of otorhinolaryngology,Anshan Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Forty patients in the control group were treated with conventional vocal cord polypectomy;40 patients with vocal cord polyps in the experimental group were treated with vocal cord polypectomy under supporting laryngoscope on the basis of routine operation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The subjective score of voice,wake-up score,clinical observation index and voice disorder index score were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of patients with vocal cord polyps in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The subjective score of voice,wake-up score and clinical observation indexes,voice disorder index score in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical significance of vocal cord polypectomy under supporting laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps is significant.The use of supporting laryngoscope in patients with vocal cord polyps can improve the clinical efficiency of patients.Therefore,it is of great significance to adopt supporting laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polypectomy.
