摘 要:目的探讨高脂血症对生化检验项目的干扰及处理措施。方法选取2018年1月至2020年7月期间在本院行生化项目检验的50例高脂血症患者作为高脂血症组,另选择同期在本院体检的50例健康者作为对照组。对照组常规检验,高脂血症组患者采集6 mL血样,分别置于2个真空采血管中,分别标记为高速离心处理和未处理者。统计并对比高脂血症组高速离心处理和未处理血液标本ALT、AST、TB、SCr、TP、GGT和CK指标水平,并观察高脂血症组和对照组各指标水平差异。结果高脂血症组高速离心处理标本ALT(27.61±1.58)U/L、AST(30.12±2.03)U/L、TB(13.02±1.57)μmol/L、SCr(94.57±1.86)μmol/L指标水平显著高于未处理标本(23.69±2.03)U/L、(27.01±3.25)U/L、(10.34±1.28)μmol/L、(86.97±1.13)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高脂血症组高速离心处理标本TP(77.96±2.13)g/L指标水平显著低于未处理标本(86.23±4.25)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高脂血症组未处理标本ALT、AST、TB、SCr、TP指标水平与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与高脂血症组高速离心处理标本比较,各指标无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高脂血症对多种生化检验项目存在明显干扰,可采用高速离心处理消除对检验结果的影响,保证检验准确性。Objective To investigate the interference and treatment measures of hyperlipidemia on biochemical test items.Methods From January 2018 to July 2020,50 patients with hyperlipidemia who underwent biochemical test in our hospital were selected as the hyperlipidemia group,and another 50 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The control group was routinely tested,and 6 mL of blood samples were collected from patients in the hyperlipidemia group and placed in 2 vacuum sampling vessels,which were labeled as high-speed centrifugal treatment and untreated.The levels of ALT,AST,TB,SCr,TP,GGT and CK in hyperlipidemia group and untreated blood samples were calculated and compared,and observe the difference of each index level between hyperlipidemia group and control group.Results The levels of ALT(27.61±1.58)U/L,AST(30.12±2.03)U/L,TB(13.02±1.57)μmol/L and SCr(94.57±1.86)μmol/L in the hyperlipidemia group were significantly higher than those in the untreated group(23.69±2.03)U/L,(27.01±3.25)U/L,(10.34±1.28)μmol/L,(86.97±1.13)μmol/L,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The level of TP(77.96±2.13)g/L in hyperlipidemia group was significantly lower than that in untreated samples(86.23±4.25)g/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ALT,AST,TB,SCr and TP in the untreated hyperlipidemia group were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the high-speed centrifugation samples in the control group and the hyperlipidemia group,there was no statistical significance in each index(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperlipidemia has obvious interference to various biochemical test items,so high speed centrifugation can be used to eliminate the influence on the test results and ensure the accuracy of the test.
