中医针灸联合推拿手法治疗肩手综合征的临床效果及对上肢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的试验将针对肩手综合征患者,实施中医方案治疗,具体结合针灸联合推拿方案,对临床症状进行缓解,进一步提升上肢功能和患者的生活质量。方法研究筛选出对照组和观察组一共116例肩手综合征患者为对象,都于2019年1月至2020年1月进入本院治疗,所有患者均符合肩手综合征的诊断标准,用平行对照法分成各58例的两组。对照组患者实行常规治疗模式,观察组患者结合针灸联合推拿方案,对比治疗护理成果。结果从治疗效果看,观察组的改善总有效率为93.10%,对照组为84.48%,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,在上肢功能FMA评分中,观察组优于对照组,在肩关节的活动范围上,也取得了较好的成绩。最后,在生活质量的对比中,观察组患者各维度情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用结合针灸联合推拿方案治疗肩手综合征,对于缓解临床病痛,改善上肢活动情况与活动范围,整体疗效达到了预期目标,具有临床推广价值。Objective In the experiment,the patients with shoulder-hand syndrome will be treated by traditional Chinese medicine,and the clinical symptoms will be alleviated by combining acupuncture and massage,so as to further improve the upper limb function and the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 116 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome in the control group and the observation group were selected from the study.They all entered our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.All patients met the diagnostic criteria of shoulder-hand syndrome and were divided into two groups with 58 cases in each group by parallel control method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with massage,and the results of treatment and nursing were compared.Results From the treatment effect,the total effective rate of improvement in the observation group was 93.10%,while that in the control group was 84.48%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,in the FMA score of upper limb function,the observation group is better than the control group,and it also achieved good results in the range of motion of shoulder joint.Finally,in the comparison of quality of life,all dimensions of patients in the observation group are better than those in the control group,and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and massage in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome can relieve the clinical pain,improve the activity and range of upper limbs,and the overall curative effect has reached the expected goal,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
