观察分析医护一体综合护理在经皮肾镜取石术患者围手术期中应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察分析医护一体综合护理在经皮肾镜取石术患者围手术期中应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月在我院治疗的66例肾结石患者,用数字表法均分为参照组和观察组,各33例。所有患者均进行经皮肾镜取石手术,但参照组用常规护理,观察组实施医护一体综合护理,比较两组的并发症、手术相关情况。结果实施后,参照组的并发症明显多于观察组,比值符合统计学意义标准(P<0.05);实施后,参照组的手术相关情况差于观察组,数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);与参照组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分和护理满意度相比,观察组均明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论医护一体综合护理加强了经皮肾镜取石术患者围手术期的保护力度,提高了医护人员的专业能力,能够显著提升患者生活质量和护理满意度,推广意义较大。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of integrated medical and nursing care in the perioperative period of patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods Sixty-six patients with renal calculi treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were divided into reference group and observation group by digital table method,33 cases each.All patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy,but the reference group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given integrated medical and nursing care,and the complications and operation related conditions of the two groups were compared.Results After implementation,the complications in the reference group were significantly more than those in the observation group,and the ratio accorded with the standard of statistical significance(P<0.05).After implementation,the operation related situation of the reference group was worse than that of the observation group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing care strengthens the perioperative protection of patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy,improves the professional ability of medical staff,and can significantly improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,which is of great significance.
